About Lumberbank
The LumberBank New Zealand Ltd opened for business on the 16th January 1996, after eight months of renovations to our current location on Neilson Street in Onehunga.
The site, when we purchased it, consisted of a rundown two storey office building and some dilapidated sheds.

We completely gutted and refurbished the office, and then compacted the yard area with 200mm of base course, 150mm of concrete over this, and then finished it off with 50mm of bitumen. We also built an 1880sq metre warehouse which has been added to, over the years, to our current 4000sq metre capacity.

We have continued to grow since inception, starting off by sourcing only locally grown and milled Radiata Pine, to now being one of New Zealand’s leading importers and distributors of exotic timber and timber products.
